Registration & Language Preparation
Selected candidates complete registration formalities and enroll in an intensive survival French language program.
Profile Submission & Hotel Selection
Student profiles are professionally prepared and shared with verified partner hotels in France. Online interviews or practical assessments may be conducted Final hotel confirmation is shared with the student after approval
Documentation & Institutional Approval
We manage all required documentation, including: Tripartite internship agreements Academic institution NOC Mandatory approvals as per French regulations This step ensures full legal and academic compliance.
Visa & Travel Assistance
Our team provides complete guidance for: Visa documentation and application Consular appointment coordination Flight booking and local travel planning Students receive a clear checklist and timeline for a stress-free process.
Pre-Departure Orientation
Before departure, students attend a structured orientation covering: Workplace roles and expectations Living in France (accommodation, transport, banking) Healthcare, safety, and cultural norms.
Arrival & On-Ground Support
Upon arrival in France: A local coordinator is assigned Regular follow-ups are conducted Support is provided for workplace or accommodation concerns Our responsibility continues throughout the internship period.
